My coaching philosophy for leadership teams is rooted in Organizational and Relationships System Coaching (ORSC), a blend of tools successfully tested for decades across different organizational growth stages.
I infuse ORSC with my own philosophy and the insights I gained "getting my hands dirty" in ventures ranging from bootstrapped startups to global corporations. I understand the pressures and opportunities you face because I've lived them.

Every team is a system - a discrete and different entity separate from its elements - that is either performing or struggling. Every system is intelligent and communicates its needs – oftentimes unbeknownst to its members. I listen to the system’s language and leverage its unique identity, opening possibilities to improve itself and maximize its potential.
FOCUS ON RELATIONSHIPS
There is no better predictor of company success than relationships: the relationship of the founding team to the senior executive team, of the senior executives to one another, and of the senior executives to the operational teams.

Just like in my 1:1 coaching programs, Intelligent Teams offers a radical departure from “remedial coaching” aimed at “fixing” something. Rather than “What needs to be fixed?” the key question is “What would you love to create?”.

I combine my instincts and experience with the data-driven personality insights from the Hogan, Thomas-Kilman conflict mode instument, and other evidence-based assessments to maximize organizational success. l integrate individual assessments into a comprehensive team report, enabling us to leverage the team's strengths, address potential risks, and capitalize on opportunities for development.
